PROVIDING ALL THE AMENITIES THAT YOU WOULD NORMALLY FIND IN A CITY CENTRE
One of the most student-friendly parts of Leeds, Headingley has all you could ask for - green spaces, a wide variety of bars and restaurants, leftfield arts venues and plenty of shops where you can pick up all your essentials in a matter of minutes between your front door and Otley Road.
The current Super League champions ply their trade at the iconic Headingley Stadium. At a Rhinos match, you can watch top-class rugby league from the terraces without paying over the odds, while you’re never too far from a boozer to toast their latest win!
More than just another trendy bar, Headingley Arc is a great live music venue, hosting performances from local artists eager to make their big break. You can also watch live sporting events and take part in the weekly quiz from 9pm if you want to test your trivia!
Although not a shopping centre in the traditional sense, this row of shops on Otley Road contains plenty of chain stores where you can stock up on the basics. It’s easy to get to and from university by bus too, so you can buy lunch before arriving on campus.
