When you rent with Parklane Properties you will be liable for some tenant fees as detailed below:

• Early Termination £300 (£250 plus Vat) This is subject to agreement from the Landlord. The tenant will remain liable for all rent due until a new tenancy commences.

• Amendment to tenancy Agreement £50 (£41.67 plus Vat) 

• Lost Key (provide access to the property) £35 (£28 plus Vat)

• Replacement Keys/access cards/fobs £15 per item (£12.50 Plus Vat).
