Parklane Properties City Office – We’ve moved

From 8th December, the Parklane Properties City Office has a new home in Leeds city centre.

What’s changing – and what’s staying the same

Although the office location is changing, everything that matters to you as a tenant or landlord stays exactly the same.

  • Same experienced team

  • Same ways of contacting us

  • Same systems and processes behind the scenes

You’ll still be dealing with the same people you know and trust, and you’ll receive the same level of service you expect from Parklane Properties.


Information for tenants

If you’re currently renting a property that’s managed by Parklane Properties, there is nothing you need to do because of this move.

  • Your tenancy agreement stays the same

  • Your rent payments are unaffected

  • The way you report repairs or maintenance issues is unchanged

You should continue to use the same contact details and reporting tools you use now. Any ongoing queries or maintenance requests will continue as normal, you don’t need to resubmit anything.

If you do prefer to speak to someone face-to-face from time to time, you are still very welcome to visit us. Just get in touch with your Property Manager beforehand so we can make sure someone is available to meet you and share directions and parking information.


Information for landlords

For landlords, this move will not affect how your properties are managed.

  • Your Property Manager remains the same

  • Your payment dates, statements and reporting processes remain the same

  • There are no changes to how you contact us

We’ve simply moved the City Office to a new location that better suits the needs of our team and customers. You can still expect clear communication, timely statements and a proactive approach to managing your property.

If you would like to come in and see us in person, we’d be happy to arrange this at the new office. Please contact your Property Manager in advance so we can organise a convenient time and provide guidance on parking nearby.
